Mark Sheffield
Industry Featured Speaker
An Expert View of the Ride Forward
As Mark’s regular trade and industry postings regularly highlight, he hits the mark on issues which resonate with dealers and industry stakeholders.
His background is uniquely built to be of interest for our annual dealer Summit. Not only is he a partner with Woods Cycle Country, a large multi-line dealership located in central Texas, he also facilitates multiple powersports groups for Spader Business Management, pens articles for Lightspeed dealer management’s quarterly newsletter, and is a regular contributor to Powersports Business Magazine.
Recently, Mark was elected to the board of the new U.S. National Powersport Dealers Association. The NPDA works with dealers to identify top issues impacting them, solutions for those problems, and how they can be implemented. This often involves working with both OEM and/or aftermarket companies. Mark offers a strong positive view of the potential for dealer associations in both the U.S. and Canada.
Supporting Mark’s presentation will be Canadian data from “Lightspeed”, one of the largest industry aggregate data collection and management companies in the motorcycle and powersport industry. It’s interesting to see how Canadian dealers fare next to their American cousins.

MPBC is a positive force for the BC dealers, and their issues. I look forward to hearing from BC dealers as MPBC continues to grow.”
